Health and Physical Education
I received my Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education from Kean College of New Jersey which is now known as Kean University.  I hold a certification in Driver's Education from Trenton State College.  I am currently in the process of completing my Master's degree from Gratz College.
I have been teaching Health and Physical Education for 25 years.  I began my career teaching 7th and 8th-grade Health and Phys Ed at Belleville Middle School in Belleville, NJ. I transferred over to Union Township in 2001 and have been here ever since.
I started coaching little league baseball and football at a very early age. While at Belleville, I coached High School Football, Basketball, and the 7th & 8th-grade suburban traveling basketball team.  Here at Union, I have coached cross-country, softball, baseball, boys basketball, and girls volleyball, bringing home multiple championships in volleyball, basketball, softball, and cross-country.  I was also the Digital Video Club/UTV Advisor for 5 years at UTMS  and a member of the faculty advisory council. I am currently our school Walking/Running Club and Sports Intramurals, and Pep Squad advisor and co-athletic coordinator.
I enjoy spending time with my family and our dog - "Gia". My favorite places to visit are Disney World and the beaches. Throughout my life, I have been a sports fanatic.  I am a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan.  I also enjoy traveling to different states to visit major league ballparks.  I have a vast collection of autographed sports memorabilia and try to add to it as often as I can.
