The Union Township District provides a Full Day Kindergarten program beginning in August 2023. Students must be 5 years old by October 1, 2023 to register for the 2023/2024 school year.

Copy of Birth Certificate
Proof of Residence like utility bill, driver's license, tax bill, rental agreement
Copy of Up-to-date Immunizations
Copy of Most Recent Examination
