Announcements!!!!!!

Dear UTS Parents,

 

The season is about to begin! We wanted to provide some updates on AWAY games and our bussing situation. 

-UTS does have a bussing contract for AWAY sports games

-However, there might be games where buses are NOT available and UTS cannot provide AWAY game transport

-We will let parents know at least TWO days in advance if the team is without bussing to and from a particular game

-If bussing is not available, please see the procedure below:

         PLAYERS:

        -Players will be dismissed from class at 3PM. 

        -Players will go to the front office and will be met by the coaches

        -Players will be walked outside to the front and walked to the side parking lot (near the basketball courts) to get into parent vehicles. 

        -Players will be allowed to be transported by parents on their approved pick up list. 

        -Players will be transported to the AWAY game field

        -When you arrive at the field, make your way to the field we will be playing on. Please do not start warming up until a coach arrives. 

        -After the game, the players will have to be driven home by parents (on their approved lists)

           PARENTS:

        -Meet the players in the far parking lot of the MS (near the basketball courts by 3:05 pm

         -Please work together and help carpool players so that all players can attend

         -Make sure players are on approved lists

         -Drop off the players at the AWAY game location

         -After the game, please drive your players home
