Overview

The Union Township District provides a Full Day Kindergarten program beginning in August 2024 Students must be 5 years old by October 1, 2024 to register for the 2024/2025 school year.

Registration Requirements

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residence like utility bill, driver's license, tax bill, rental agreement
3. Copy of Up-to-date Immunizations
4. Copy of Most Recent Examination
