My name is Genevieve Acrin, and I am the Multilingual Learner Teacher for the Union Township School District.  While this is my first year working at Union Township, this is my 9th year teaching English as a Second Language.  I received a Bachelors Degree in Spanish from Rutgers University and a Masters of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from The College of New Jersey.  I am passionate about fostering multilingualism and multiculturalism within students in addition to supporting them with acquiring proficiency in academic English to help each individual student become his or her most successful self inside and outside of the classroom.  If you have any questions about the program or need any support with second language acquisition, multilingualism, or multiculturalism, please feel free to reach out anytime.  I am always eager to help and learn new things as well!
