If your child is not a preschooler or kindergartener please provide the following information to register

Registration Requirements

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Residence like a utility bill, driver's license, tax bill, rental agreement
3. Submit the appropriate medical form(s) electronically, in person, or by mail 
4. Transfer Card from the previous school
5. Please preregister by selecting the following link
