Zoom Issues
FREEZING OR GETTING KICKED OFF

Video Conferencing requires a lot of resources
- Make sure only the necessary applications and tabs necessary for the current class are open in the browser
- Make sure the Chromebook is on the current OS (Operating System).
- Lastly, remove the Zoom extension then add it back
SOUND / MICROPHONE / HEADPHONES NOT WORKING

No one can hear you or you cannot hear others
- Make sure microphone is unmuted
- Check the audio settings on the Chromebook
- Click on the bottom right where you see the US, wifi symbols
- Select the > by the sound icon
- A window should open and say Audio Settings
- Make sure that it says Microphone (internal) not the headphones
- Check the volume on the Chromebook
- Use wired or USB headphones. AirPods connect via bluetooth using resources on Chromebook that may be needed for Zoom
